The word workzones comes from Ephesians 4:12 where Apostle Paul said that one purpose of the church was “to do the work of the ministry.”  I believe there to be Seven specific “zones” of ministry found within the local church.  As leaders within the local church, it is incumbent upon us to train and raise up people to do the work of ministry.  This can only be accomplished when utilizing  one or more of these “workzones” of ministry.

This website is dedicated to Discovering, Developing and Deploying these seven unique “zones” of ministry within the local church.

As a minister and lead pastor for over 30 years, I have come to realize that the local church can only accomplish what God has designed when we follow His plan for the New Testament church.
